How long does it take to deploy CyberAct?
Initial setup (creating your company workspace(s), importing participants, selecting content) usually takes from a few days to a few weeks depending on the size of your company and the level of customization required.
Do we need technical skills to administer the platform?
No. Administration (client companies, users, content assignment, tracking) is done through a web interface. No infrastructure skills are required to manage your space day-to-day.
Can we use our own scenarios and content?
Yes. In addition to the CyberAct catalog, you can create your own labs, courses and exams, or generate them quickly with AI-assisted generation based on your own topics.
Is the platform suited to large multi-entity companies?
Yes, this is one of its key strengths: multi-company management lets you administer subsidiaries, agencies or class groups separately, each with its own leaderboards and statistics, without losing the overall view.
Which languages are available?
The platform and its content are available in French and English, with the option to add other languages depending on your needs.
How do the real-VM labs work?
Each learner spins up one or more dedicated, intentionally vulnerable virtual machines on demand, in an isolated environment. They connect to investigate, exploit or defend, exactly as in a real IT system.
What is the pricing model?
Pricing depends on the number of learners, the modules enabled and the level of customization required. We provide a tailored quote after an initial discussion: request a demo to discuss it.
Can we try CyberAct before committing?
Yes. During the demo, we can set up a test environment with a sample of your content or our catalog so your teams can evaluate the platform before making a decision.
How is our users' data protected?
It's hosted on dedicated infrastructure, isolated per company, with access protected by authentication and encrypted exchanges. Dedicated hosting options remain open for specific needs.
Can the platform integrate with our existing tools (SSO, LMS, HR)?
Integrations (single sign-on, user import, results export) can be set up based on your needs. Talk to our team to assess compatibility with your ecosystem.
Which modules can be enabled or disabled?
Labs, courses, exams, gamification, sector use cases, the interactive catalog and the before/after comparator can each be enabled independently based on your company's needs.
