Job Description
Own the technical backbone that runs CyberAct's training environments: dozens of isolated, realistic virtualized labs deployed on demand for SOC analysts, pentesters and Red Teams.
Your mission:
- Design, automate and operate the lab virtualization infrastructure (Proxmox, snapshots, templates, isolated networks).
- Industrialize provisioning (IaC, Ansible/scripts) and machine lifecycle (Linux, Windows Active Directory).
- Manage secure learner connectivity (WireGuard VPN, network segmentation, firewalling).
- Guarantee performance, availability and strict multi-tenant isolation.
- Turn pedagogical scenarios into one-click deployable labs with the content team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in infrastructure/virtualization or systems & network engineering.
- Proxmox/KVM (or VMware), advanced Linux and Windows/Active Directory.
- Strong networking (VLAN, routing, VPN, firewalling) and security fundamentals.
- Automation: Ansible/Terraform, Bash/Python, Docker.
- Rigor, autonomy and a production-reliability mindset.
- A plus: cyber range, CTF or SOC experience.
