Senior Red Team Consultant

CAPVALUE CYBER SECURITY, is looking for a Senior Red Team Consultant to strengthen its Offensive Security team. By joining CAPVALUE CYBER SECURITY, you become part of a cutting-edge organization where you design and execute realistic attack scenarios to help our clients build their security skills. Within our offensive team, you lead full Red Team engagements for major accounts: reconnaissance, exploitation, privilege escalation, lateral movement and exfiltration, while respecting rules of engagement and professional ethics. You emulate advanced adversaries (APTs) to assess the real-world resilience of organizations against current threats. You actively contribute to enriching our cyber range by designing virtual labs, attack scenarios and immersive exercises (CTF, Purple Team) that reflect the latest threats. Your expertise directly feeds the training content used by our learners and corporate clients. You work closely with the Blue Team, R&D and training teams to transfer your know-how, run workshops and train the next generation of offensive security experts. International mobility is expected to deliver missions and events for our clients abroad. This role is intended for a passionate, autonomous and rigorous profile who combines offensive technical excellence with a teaching mindset. You will be a technical reference within the team and an ambassador of CAPVALUE CYBER SECURITY's expertise.
