Job Description
Think like an attacker to build CyberAct's offensive challenges: realistic exploitation chains, vulnerable Active Directory environments, technical CTF challenges.
Your mission:
- Design offensive labs and challenges (web, Active Directory, network, privilege escalation, evasion).
- Develop exploits, vulnerable machines and end-to-end intrusion scenarios.
- Document briefs, hints and write-ups (FR/EN) with well-tuned difficulty.
- Feed field insights from sister company CAPVALUE CYBER SECURITY into content.
- Keep content current with emerging attack techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years in pentesting, Red Team or challenge design.
- Offensive mastery: web, Active Directory, Linux/Windows, network, post-exploitation.
- Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and tooling (Burp, BloodHound, C2).
- OSCP/OSEP/CRTO a plus.
- Creativity and teaching rigor.
